Preparation Time: None (Provided we have cooked rice and Yogurt)
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup yogurt
2 teaspoons of oil
Tempering: Jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves
2 green chillies
1 red cilli
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Salt as needed
Steps to prepare:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt and cooked rice. Add salt and keep it on side.
- In a pan, heat oil and add all the tempering ingredients
- Add red chili
- Add 2 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.
- Add it to Rice bowl and mix well. Serve it with your favorite pickle.
