Ingredients:
3 cups of spring onion
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 garam masala
salt as needed
Steps to prepare:
- In a large pan, fry spring onion. Add black pepper and stir fry.
- Add eggs and mix with fried spring onion
- Add chili powder and garam masala
- Add salt and mix well.
- Serve hot either with chapati or hot rice
