Spring onion egg fry

This is a quick dinner and nutritious recipe. 

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

3 cups of spring onion

6 eggs

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 garam masala

salt as needed

Steps to prepare:

  • In a large pan, fry spring onion. Add black pepper and stir fry.
  • Add eggs and mix with fried spring onion
  • Add chili powder and garam masala
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Serve hot either with chapati or hot rice
