Ingredients:
2 cups green moong dal
1/4 cup yellow moong dal
Ginger slice
2 green chilies
1 cup of finely sliced onions
1/2 cup oil
salt as needed
Steps to prepare:
- In a blender finely grind green moon dal/Yellow moong dal along with ginger and green chilies. Add salt. Transfer it to a container and keep it on side.
- Fry the sliced onion in half spoon of oil and keep it on the side.
- Start the Dosa griddle and evenly spread the Dosa batter on the Dosa griddle.
- Put some fried onions on the Dosa and allow Dosa to turn little brown.
- Gently turn the Dosa to other side.
- Wrap the Dosa and serve hot with ginger chutney/upma/peanut chutney
For extra sweetness, along with onion we can also keep grated carrots
we can add finely chopped coriander leaves.
