Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups oats flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup walnut powder
2 eggs
2 cups almond milk
1 ripped banana
Pinch of baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup maple syrup
Steps to Prepare:
- In a bowl, keep eggs and whisk them with Banana and cinnamon powder/Baking soda/salt
- Add oats flour, all-purpose flour. Add Almond milk and mix well. Until we see Batter consistency. (Tip: I use hand blender to make it quicker)
- Now, spray Olive oil on waffle maker and put 2 spoons of batter
