Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ketch up
2 cups Besan (Chickpea flour)
2 teaspoons rice flour
3 cups sliced onions
1 green chili
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Ajjwain
Salt as needed
Sunflower oil
Steps to prepare:
- In a frying pan, put sunflower oil and allow the oil to boil.
- In a bowl Mix onion, chickpea flour, rice flour, chili powder, 1 teaspoon Ajwain, salt as needed. Now the Onion batter is ready.
- Put little batter in oil to make sure, oil is hot enough to fry pakora.
- Slowly, put little of onion batter evenly in oil.
- Fry the pakoras until they are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with ketch up.
