Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oats powder
2 teaspoons of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons of walnut powder
1 egg
1/2 cup of banana
1/2 cup of diced Mango Slices
Pinch of baking soda
1 cup of almond milk
3 scoops of vanilla or strawberry icecream
Steps to prepare:
- In a container, whisk egg. Add slices of banana and mix well.
- Add cinnamon powder, walnut powder, all-purpose flour, oats powder and pinch of baking soda. Mix all the ingredients.
- Add almond milk and make it into batter consistency.
- Now spread one spoon of batter on waffle maker and allow the waffle to toast.
- Now waffles are ready
- Put a scoop of ice cream on waffles
- Sprinkle Mango slices on top.
Variations:
You can replace mango slices with your favorite toppings. But this recipe tastes good with Ripped Mango pieces.
