Carrot Smoothie:
Eating carrots is good for growing kids. But how to make it easy..
Ingredients:
2 cups of carrot
1 tablespoon Elachi Powder
1 cup milk
Few Ice cubes
1 stem of Mint
Steps:
1. In a vessel boil carrots until they are tender. Let the carrots cool down a bit.
2. Either with hand blender or regular one, Blend the carrots with Milk/Elachi powder
3. Add a Ice cube and serve with mint leaf.
